EXECTIVE DIRECTORS

Mr. Yu Xiao
Aged 43, Executive Director and Chairman of the Company, joined the Board of Directors of the Company in November 2006. Mr. Yu is in charge of the Company’s business operations. He is the Head of the Financial Department of Sichuan Changhong Electric Co., Ltd. as well as a director of a number of subsidiaries of Changhong (including Sichuan Changhong Network Technologies Co., Ltd., Changhong Electric (Australia) Pty. Ltd., Hefei Meiling Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and etc.). Mr. Yu obtained a Bachelor’s degree in National Economic Management from the Sichuan University, and has over 21 years of experience in the financial and economic management.

Mr. Tang Yun
Aged 46, Executive Director and Managing Director of the Company, joined the Board of Directors of the Company in November 2006. Mr. Tang is responsible for the administration, internal control and capital control of the Company. He obtained a Master degree in Applied Physics from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He is a senior engineer and with over 22 years of experience in engineering and marketing.

Mr. David Ji Long Fen
Aged 59, Executive Director and Vice President of the Company, joined the Board of Directors of the Company in June 2003. Mr Ji assists the Managing Director in relation to the matters of the sales and marketing of APEX brand business of the Company. He graduated from the Department of Foreign Languages of Fudan University in Shanghai, the PRC and holds a Master’s degree of Business Administration from Pacific States University in the USA. He has more than 20 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry in the USA, including sourcing and wholesale operations. In December 2002, Mr. Ji was elected by TIME Magazine and CNN from more than 100 nominees of young executives as one of 15 Global Influentials for the year 2002.

Mr. Wu Xiang tao
Aged 38, Executive Director and Vice President of the Company, joined the Board of Directors in May 2008. Mr. Wu assists the Managing Director in relation to the matters of the sales and marketing of APEX brand business of the Company. He graduated from Shandong University and holds a Master Degree of Business Administration from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, the PRC. He has over 15 years of experience in import and export activities and had previously worked in Sichuan Changhong Electric Co., Ltd.

Mr. Xiang Chaoyang
Aged 54, Executive Director of the Company, joined the Board of Directors of the Company in November 2006. Mr. Xiang is responsible for handling any legal aspects of the Company. He is a professor of Law at the Sichuan University, the PRC, and a partner at a PRC Law Firm. Mr. Xiang obtained a Master’s degree in criminal law of China from the Sichuan University, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Southwest University of Political Science and Law. He has over 23 years of experience in law.

Mr. Wang Zhenhua
Aged 59, Executive Director of the Company, joined the Board of Directors in December 2006. Mr. Wang is responsible for the sourcing of suppliers and technical support for the OEM business and APEX brand business of the Company. He is also a director of 蘭奇(天津)塑膠有限公司. He obtained a Master Degree in Business Administration from the Tianjin University in the PRC. He holds position in a subsidiary and has over 35 years of experience in management of industrial and foreign trade enterprises.

Ms. Shi Ping
Aged 49, Executive Director of the Company, joined the Board of Directors of the Company in October 2007. Ms. Shi is responsible for the investment and merging business of the Company. She is the manager of the Department of Asset Operations Management of Sichuan Provincial Investment Group Co., Ltd in the PRC and the general manager of its subsidiaries. Ms. Shi obtained a Master degree in Managerial Economics from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, a Master degree in Industrial Management Engineering from Chengdu University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from Hunan University in the PRC. She has over 26 years of experience in economics and engineering management.

Mr. Dong Rong
Aged 35, is assistant to general manager of Changhong Overseas Development Limited. Mr. Rong obtained his Master Degree of Business Administration in Industrial Management from Sheffield Hallam University (UK) and Diploma in Economics and Trade English from Hunan Institute of Engineering (PRC). He has over 14 years of experience in operation management.

INDEPENDENT NON-EXECTIVE DIRECTORS

Mr. Chan Ming Sun, Jonathan
Age 40, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, joined the Board of Directors in February 2007. Mr. Chan is an Associate Director of Go-To-Asia Investment Limited and an independent non-executive director of Sino Katalytics Investment Corporation. He obtained a Bachelor Degree of Commerce in Accounting and Computer Information System from the University of New South Wales, Australia. He is also a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Certified Public Accountants, Australia. He has over 13 years of experience in investment and corporate finance.

Mr. Ip Chun Chung, Robert
Aged 55, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, joined the Board of Directors of the Company in February 2007. Mr Ip is a practicing solicitor and is a non-executive director of Poly (Hong Kong) Investment Limited. He obtained a Bachelor Degree of Arts from the University of Hong Kong and held a CPE diploma and diploma in Law from the College of Law, UK. He is also a member of the Hong Kong Society of Law and the Law Society of England and Wales. He has over 30 years of experience in legal aspects.

Mr. Sun Dongfeng
Aged 44, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, joined the Board of Directors of the Company in February 2007. Mr Sun is a senior partner of Guantao Law Firm as well as a legal advisor of a number of companies. Mr. Sun graduated from the China University of Political Science and Law, and obtained a Master in Law in International Economics from the School of Law of the University of Canberra in Australia. He has over 15 years of experience in legal aspects.
